There Once Was a Man With Six Wives

My new book’s about kings and queens

Who passed on their thrones with their genes,

The good and the bad

The ugly and mad,

And kind of a bit in betweens.

It came out in the UK on February 9. Here’s me with the illustrator, Hannah Warren, at the launch party at North London’s Owl Bookshop. 6-wives-book-launch

It’s not only available from  Amazon – the book’s also on sale via the Guardian books site, Waterstones, Foyles, Browns Books, Wordery and loads of other places.

It’s even in some actual physical bookshops, at least in the UK, and will be rolling out to touristy gift shops etc as the year progresses. What I do know is:

The Owl on Kentish Town Road has some signed copies, and my local Waterstones in Barnet is getting some in, as is Riverside Books on Tooley St, SE1. If you see it in your local bookshop let me know and I’ll add them to this list and give them a Twitter shout-out. And if it’s not there, why not ask them to order it in.

I’m afraid it’s not out until May in the US, and I’m not sure how distribution works everywhere. But here are some links to websites in various countries where you can buy the UK edition:

DENMARK (where your personal ‘bog assistant’ is apparently on hand to help)

ESTONIA

NORWAY
